At the Made Simple Group we print a large volume of documents on a weekly basis and our existing printer was just not up to scratch. It simply could not cope with the growing number of prints it was required to do.
I asked Chris his advice and he very kindly came into the office to look at the current setup and to find out more about our requirements. Shortly after our meeting Chris sent over some images, product specs and pricing for a new Kyocera printer.
We purchased the new printer from Quadtronix and opted for a maintenance contract with it. All of us who use the printer have been very happy with both the speed of the machine and the quality of the print. It also makes it a lot simpler for us then our previous machine as it has trays for both our plain paper and our certificate paper, removing the need to continually switch the paper stacks. The new printer is also cost-effective given the number of prints we produce. Time, money and effort saved.
Chris was very knowledgeable – recognising our needs and finding us a printer that fulfilled all our needs.
We have also been very pleased with the efficient and friendly service received from the Quadtronix staff as well as the speed at which we receive our refill cartridges.
