The System 2000 provides an entry level, modular and flexible system to the lower volume end user and consists of the floor-standing suction collator tower on-line to the Duplo DBM-120 bookletmaker.
Each bin has an individual capacity of 60mm, reducing the requirement for reloading during the run and each bin is also fitted with its own air blast and vacuum system to ensure consistent paper feeding. This speeds up the production process and reduces downtime, resulting in greater efficiency and profitability.
The System 2000 tower can be fed to the right directly into a stacker or to the left into a DBM-120T bookletmaker. The DBM-120T is capable of producing booklets at a rate of 2,400 per hour. Saddle stapling, side stapling, corner stapling and fold only are all standard user settings.

Quick Automatic Set-up
Changing between different booklet sizes takes just seconds. Simply make the selection on the control panel, and the DBM-120 will automatically move the side guides. The staple positions can be moved manually if required.
Create 80-page Booklets
20 sheets of 80gsm paper can be handled making A4 booklets from 8 to 80 pages long! The machine will automatically staple to the correct depth once the operator has input the number of sheets into the machine so a strong bind is assured no matter the thickness.
4 Modes of Operation
The DBM-120 is capable of side stapling, corner stapling, folding and saddle stitching so just about any finishing requirement is possible.
