The DP-430 is a 300 x 600 dpi digital printer/duplicator. The built in parallel interface enables users to connect the DP-430 directly to their PC for high quality image printing. The flat bed scanner provides an alternative method of delivering documents to the printer where PC connection is not possible. The optional DP-RIP makes this GDI printer postscript compatible and connectable to Apple Mac computers.

Once the document is in the machine there are 5 exposure settings and process modes to obtain optimum print quality. Zooming from 50-500%, electronically controlled registration adjustment, shadow erasure function and multi-up print modes offer the user the ability to adjust their documents to precise requirements.

There are 5 separate speed settings ranging from 45-120 pages per minute for rapid printing of documentation. Paper stocks ranging from 53 gsm NCR up to 210 gsm card can all be handled as easily as common 80 gsm paper.

Features and Benefits
The ergonomically designed display is very user friendly with the most common buttons and features under the LCD display.
Platen Scan Top
The platen top scanner is ideal for quick copying from books and sheets. The built in book shadow erasure function removes the dark areas left behind by normal scanning tops.
Colour Drums (optional)
Spot colour printing can be undertaken by simply changing the colour drum. A wide range of standard inks and pantone colours can be made on request.
Key Card Counter (optional)
Card counters are ideal for use in schools and departmentalised organisations where reprographics costs need to be shared accurately between departments. The card counter works by counting the number of prints produced by each card, this can then be added up at the end of the given period to allocate costs.
Tape Sorter (optional)
Cluster tape can be pre-programmed for insertion between sheets for accurate batching.
ADF (optional)
The 80 sheet ADF is excellent for delivery a multi-page document to the printer without supervision.
Colour
Spot colour printing can be undertaken by simply changing the colour drum. A wide range of standard inks and pantone colours can be made on request.
DP-Rip (optional)
The postscript level 2 rip is necessary to connect to an Apple Mac computer. It can also be used as a network server for the Duprinter.
