October, 19th 2006 Kyocera Mita is proud to announce that is has again been honoured by Industry Analysts Inc., a US-based specialist on market research and product testing, for the most reliable multifunctional products (MFPs) in their 2006 MFP Reliability Study. The MFPs of Kyocera Mita have been ranked first in 29 performance categories. For the survey, Industry Analysts Inc. conducted telephone interviews with 96 dealer service managers in copier dealerships US-wide.
"When looking at the results of our annual survey over the last five years, no other company's MFPs have been rated as reliable as Kyocera's," said Andy Slawetsky, president, Industry Analysts Inc. "Service managers in this study have consistently given Kyocera devices the highest marks in an area that is of major importance to customers choosing a new device."
