Disadvantaged Children Benefit From Toys Valued At £28k

Quadtronix were asked by Barnardos to provide assistance in obtaining toys for the children at the Annual Toy Fair.

The 2009 Toy Fair ran from Wednesday 28th to Saturday 31st January 2009 at ExCel in London







170 exhibitors were attracted to the Fair.  They came to show hobbies, games and
puzzles, toys to help children learn, keep active or just help them to be children!



Over 8,000 visitors and media attended to meet these toy makers to find out
about the latest innovations from the industry.





Quadtronix were asked to provide two vans and staff resources who would act as
networkers in engaging the exhibitors and enticing them to donate some of their
toys to Barnardos.



They collected trolleys from the local Tesco, took part in the trolley dash then
loaded the toy-filled trolleys into the vans.





After a successful day, the vans were driven to the Barnardos storage sites where
the toys were unloaded ready for distributing to disadvantaged children.





Kind thank you letters were received from Barnardos.
