One Maintenance Agreement covering Laserjet Printers & Fax Machines
(HP, Compaq, Kyocera & Canon)
The Complete Solution
We at Quadtronix like to provide a complete solution which is why we introduced our extremely popular Labour Voucher System (LVS) for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Kyocera, Canon LaserJet Printers, Canon plain paper laser fax machines and Wide Format Printers. It doesn't even matter if the equipment was not originally supplied by us. This system covers labour only and is designed for companies who have varying requirements and need a rapid response. The LVS agreement is particularly appealing to those clients who did not take out the extended 1 to 3 year warranty from the manufacturer or those whose warranty has already expired.
How Does it Work?
LVS's are purchased in advance in blocks of 30 minutes (normally sufficient to correct any faults to a printer). The more units purchased the greater the discount. Irrespective of the number of machines you have or the number or call-outs you've had, you receive just one invoice. Think of the benefits of having one agreement to cover all your printers - no need for individual warranties. LVS have no time limit or expiry date. When you need a technician, just give us a call and we will respond within 4 working hours (during Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 inside the M25). There is no charge made for a call-out and we will also provide free cleaning materials. You will be advised by the technician of any spare parts required and their cost. All parts will be provided at a special discounted rate of 25% off retail including fusers. A 90 day warranty is provided on all parts and repairs. In the unlikely event that a workshop repair is required, a loan machine will be provided at no additional cost. The attending technician will complete a job sheet for each call, detailing the work carried out.
Will You Receive a Quality Service?
We are accredited to Canon UK Ltd's highest level of customer support, the DSA Gold Standard. To achieve this we had to consistently show that response times to call outs across all areas were less than four hours. We also had to prove that more than 92% of problems were resolved on the first visit, and achieve and exceed the manufacturers' target "uptime"™ for the products we supply on a regular basis. In addition, through our continued accreditation to DSA Gold, ISO 9001:2000 and Canon's Plus Partner programme for network support, we subject our service support operation to continued external scrutiny. All staff undergo a rigorous training programme designed to ensure our customers continue to be supported by professionals of the highest calibre. Naturally, the same level of service applies to all the equipment we look after. Don't under-estimate the importance you should place on these considerations, as they are key components in reducing your True Cost of Ownership.

“Look to Good Service Provision to Streamline Your Printing Needs”
“With most successful businesses the drive for optimum efficiency is paramount in helping the company achieve its maximum potential. There are now good signs that UK businesses are realising the importance of addressing their printing needs as a way of reducing costs and increasing employees' productivity. The rightsizing of hardcopy hardware such as digital copiers, MFPs and printers is usually the first step taken and the addition of document solution software can then take this investment to the next level. However, what can often be overlooked by purchasers of hardcopy devices when assessing possible vendors in an acquisition process is a third element - that is, the services that are offered as well as the servicing capabilities to maintain the equipment supplied.”
