The Duplo DP-460H is the only suction fed digital Duprinter in the world. It is loaded with features including a 3000 sheet A3 deep pile feeder, offset stacking unit, computer interface, book scanning top and the highest resolution available.
It can print on paper, card and even windowed envelopes at a blistering 120 pages per minute. Much like a single-colour litho press, the cost-per-copy actually falls as the duplication run increases. The heat-free drum and ink print system is also reminiscent of a litho machine but the 45 second plate-making procedure is done automatically inside the machine. It will print one colour at a time but colour changeovers take less than a minute and require no cleaning at all.
For organisations frequently producing 50+ copies of a single document the Duplo DP-460H is an ideal solution offering economy, versatility, productivity and very good 2-colour registration. The excellent engineering and simple design yields incredible reliability with 3,000,000+ prints per year regarded as normal usage.

Enhanced Print Quality - 600dpi
 There are eight built-in print modes enabling incredible levels of quality to be achieved. When enabled, the DP-460H print settings are automatically optimised to match the original and generated a superb copy of the original at 600dpi.
Print darkness, plate darkness and contrast can be indepently controlled so even difficult quality requirements can be achieved.
Very High Productivity
 With a maximum print speed of 120ppm and a master making time of just a few seconds, a 3000 sheet copy run is completed in less than 28 minutes from the time the machine is switched on.
Deep Pile Feeder
 The 3000 sheet deep pile feeder is ideal for those printing very high volumes typically produced by copyshop or commercial printers.
The deep pile feeder is also specially adapated to feed envelopes.
Suction Feeding
 The suction feed system eliminates any marking caused by friction wheels. It also offers very good registration which makes the DP-460H Duprinter particularly suitable for duplex or two-colour work.
Offset Stacking/Batching
 The exit stacking tray can hold 3000 sheets of paper and has a roll-away trolley to transport printed work around the floor. The stacker also has motorised arms which knock-up the paper and can even batch the output as it is printed.
Low-Cost Printing
 Duprinters work on the 'economies of scale' principle: the more you produce the lower the cost-per-copy becomes.
Duprinters are at their most cost-effective on runs from 30-5000 prints with prices a fraction of that on a photocopier.
User Friendly & Feature Packed
 All common functions including print mode selection, image shift, print quantity, reduction/enlargement and speed are labelled with easily understood images and can be instantly accessed.
Optional Spot-Colour Printing
 Add extra visual impact to documents with spot-colour. Duprinters are mono-printers but the heat-free process means documents can be run through multiple times building up more colours on the page.
12 standard colours are available off the shelf with a Pantone® colour matching service enabling custom or corporate colours to be recreated.
Envelope & Card Printing
 The Duplo DP-460H has an incredibly hardwearing feed mechansim allowing the printing of envelopes and card.
The heat-free print process means even windowed and pre-gummed envelopes can be handled too.
Carbonless Paper Printing
 The unique suction feed system means carbonless paper can be printed on without marking and with commercial standard registration.
Other very light stocks and delicate stocks are handled with great care and the operator is able to set the suction and fan strength to suit the paper.
Copy from Books
 The versatile platen top can scan from books as well as sheets. The built-in book shadow erasure function means that when scanning from a book the spine shadow can be removed.
Print Direct from a PC
 The Duplo DP-460H comes with a built-in parallel interface allowing direct connection to a computer.
With this feature the DP-460H can produce incredible quality and enables the use of the Duprinter Driver software.
Usage Monitoring (Optional)
 Offers the ability to restrict use to authorised personnel only and is also a way of monitoring usage. This is particularly beneficial in departmentalised organisations for cost management.
Networking (Optional)
 The Duplo FS-100P printer server enables the Duprinter to be added to a computer network (both PC and Mac). Duplo's monitoring software enables remote users to know machine status so jobs can be sent to print secure in the knowledge the machine is setup and ready.
Copy Multi-Page Documents (Optional)
 The automatic document feeder can hold up to 80 sheets of paper meaning the operator can set the machine up to print a series of documents without supervision. It also allows 2 documents to combined into 1.
