The Company is run by Steven Dilworth and Phil Browne; who have been involved in the Office Equipment market for many years and have a wealth of experience with both the technology and the issues that businesses face when it comes to producing and managing documents.
Since 1990 we have supplied and supported clients throughout the UK with a single printer to the one-man band, up to a full fleet of MFD's to large organisations, integrating the new technology into existing systems including remote diagnostic monitoring, user authentication using company swipe cards and print control and management software.
In 1996, the business achieved the Quality Management IS09001:2008 accreditation; and more recently in 2010, the ISO14001:2004 for Environmental Management. This demonstrates not only commitment to business procedures and practices but also to the climate and the world around us.
On that note, many of our clients are charities and non-profit making organisations who we have happily supported in various fund-raising activities, donations and by supplying manpower, transport or equipment over the years. For instance, many of our management, staff and vehicles took part in the annual toy fair for long-standing client, Barnardos. Then the transportation of the shoe-boxes filled with gifts for the children of Uganda for a primary school, the charity evening for Stephen Hawkings School, the sponsored walks and bike rides and the contribution of our Service Manager and IT Consultant who alway take part in the RBBR, driving over 2,000 miles in 48 hours for charity. We enjoy being part of the community and assisting where and when we can.
